When I bought my first property years ago I was nervous, I must have asked the seller several times over the phone if he was a scammer. But years after making payments I finally paid off the property and behold the seller did follow through with completing the transfer of the property as promised. But there's also the other guys whom I purchased properties from and didn't hear back from the moment they took my payment until I kept bugging them to update me. There's also this time I made payments to a guy for a year on a property and at the moment of the final payment the seller contacted me just to let me know that property wasn't available so he put me into another property for 4 times the original price and made me start a new payment plan. Also as of recently 4/3/22 I purchased a property from a seller, gave her my $ didn't hear back from her after she took my $ I kept bugging her to update me she finally gave me a story that she sent in the deed for recording and that I should get my deed within a week after over a month later I called the county spoke with the recorder and found out the seller didn't do the recording properly and it was sent back to her for a correction to be made a month ago. After I notified her of this she claims she'll work on getting it corrected. As of today 6/8/22 I'm still bugging her to get my name recorded on the property I purchased from her..but don't worry that property isn't listed for sale on my site and won't be until it's legally recorded in my name and cleared of any liens or back taxes. Even after I verify the seller of the property and even with their fancy websites it all comes down to those scenarios that I still had to experience with those sellers...as they say buyer beware. Buying property from me I will assure you I will not put you through what I've been through. Every single property I sell I personally own, there's no loans on them, no back taxes or liens on them either. That's why I sell my properties with a Warranty Deed, guaranteeing you the property is free and clear of any loans, liens, or back taxes.
